General Terms and Conditions (as of 01.05.2024)
When you register by e-mail or via the online form, you expressly declare your consent to the sending of the invoice by electronic means.
§ 1 Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, online courses and events between Stefanie García Laule or Simone Roob, hereinafter referred to as the provider, and the users of these services, hereinafter referred to as the user.
The following terms and conditions apply to the booking of accompaniment for your own sessions or booking of our online courses or events, which the users accept with their booking. Counter-confirmations by a user with reference to their own terms and conditions are not effective.
§ 2 Booking
The booking of online offers or events is made in writing and is binding. The contract is concluded with the order confirmation of the provider.
§ 3 Cancellation / rebooking
Rebooking or cancelation is only possible before the service is provided.
Cancellation or rebooking of an ordered service is possible free of charge up to four weeks before the start of the service provision.
§ 4 Payment modalities
After booking an offer or event from the provider, users will receive a booking confirmation and an invoice. The invoice amount is payable before the booked service is provided.
§ 5 Reservation of the right to make changes / Cancellation by the provider
The nature and scope of the service provided by the provider are set out in the descriptions provided. Should the nature or scope of the service offered change due to qualitative improvements, the provider reserves the right to do so.
If services offered by the provider are canceled due to unforeseeable circumstances or force majeure, the user is entitled to rebooking or, alternatively, immediate reimbursement of 100% of the payments already made.
§ 6 Exclusion of liability
The Provider and the User mutually exclude any liability claims. Exceptions to this are liability claims resulting from damage caused by intent or gross negligence.
§ 7 Place of jurisdiction
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction is Hockenheim.
§ 8 Severability clause
The possible invalidity of individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall not affect the validity of the remaining agreements.
